Overview: This was our first ever commercial real estate acquisition located in Addis, LA just outside of Baton Rouge. It was purchased vacant from an out of state publicly traded company. After two years of negotiations, we finally closed. The property is comprised of a 100,000 sq ft warehouse on 40 acres. After some much needed TLC, we leased a portion of the property to Exxon Mobile and a company that stores logical materials.
