Overview: This park was purchased in March of 2021. This is the type of park you want to own. Tenants all owned their own homes and we simply provided utilities. There is very little maintenance in this arrangement and tenants tend to stay as this is their largest assets. We upgraded the park and added new payment features for tenants. We elected to sell one year later through an offer market offer. Total returns exceeded 100%.
